Moppett Review
In 2012, the Health Services Research Centre (HSRC) invited Dr Iain Moppett to conduct an external review of NAP3 and NAP4 and produce a report on his findings.
Dr Moppett examined both the strengths and weaknesses of the projects and made recommendations for future NAPs. His report can be downloaded here:

The report was reviewed by the Board of the NIAA and the Executive Management Board of the HSRC. The response of the HSRC can be downloaded here:
Dr Moppett presented his findings at the Royal College of Anaesthetists' Annual Congress in May 2014.
