Local Coordinator Baseline Survey

This baseline survey should be completed by the NAP7 Local Coordinator for each individual site that they represent. Where a site has more than one LC, please ensure that you communicate with each other to prevent duplicate reporting.

The deadline for entries is 15th September 2021
